Do you have a minimum order?
For some products, there may be a minimum because they are actually custom manufactured for the customer rather than simply custom printed. We strive to make sure our customers can order the quantities they need.

What is your turnaround time?
Though it varies for the products and service your project requires, we strive to keep the shortest lead time possible. Because we do everything in house, our average turnaround time is 3-5 days.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order with us via phone, email or our online store.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We primarily use UPS, but we do also have regular shipments through FedEx and DHL. Because of transit time, we do not ship USPS.

Do you offer rush service?
We certainly do. Depending on your project, we have been known to put together next day turnaround times.

What is digitizing?
The process of taking artwork from any source, including your original drawings, and turning it into a language that a computerized embroidery machine can translate into stitches. A modern term for punching, it is a method of programming a design. It is not the same as digital artwork or vector designs.

Is there a limit to the colors in my design?
Depending on the process required for your project, we may ask you to limit the colors in a design, but we do want the artwork to print with the results you desire. We will explore every method to make sure your logo turns out just as you'd like it to.

What file types do you need for my artwork?
As a general rule, anything we can open is a good start. If you have vector art we can certainly use that. Depending on the process(es) required for your project we may have to create different art types from it anyway.
